Mr. Chen was appointed Chief Executive Officer in October 2024. He brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, operations, and technological innovation, particularly in the electric vehicle and battery-swapping sectors. He previously served as CEO of Time Space Electric Vehicles Co., Ltd., where he advanced EV technology and commercial battery-swapping solutions, and as CEO of Hangzhou Lightning Mobility Technology Co., Ltd., where he drove rapid growth in shared mobility and the development of battery-swapping networks.

Mr. Lim has over 15 years of experience in financial accounting and advisory services for public and private companies. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Takung Art Co., Ltd. (NYSE American: TKAT) and as Managing Director of Albeck Financial Services, where he oversaw SEC reporting, GAAP technical consultation, audit preparation, due diligence, and internal controls compliance. Earlier in his career, he held auditing roles at Kabani & Company, Stonefield Josephson, and Ernst & Young in the United States. Mr. Lim graduated with High Honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a B.A. in Business Economics.
