Jerry Lewin
Independent Director
Mr. Lewin has served as a director of the Company since November 2010. He is Senior Vice President of Field Profitability Globally at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, leading initiatives to enhance operational performance across Hyatt’s global portfolio. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Field Operations, managing Hyatt’s hotels across North America.
Mr. Lewin has been with Hyatt since 1987 and serves on the company’s Managing Committee. He also sits on the board of the New York City Hotel Association and serves as President of both the New York Law Enforcement Foundation and the NY State Troopers PBA Signal 30 Fund.
Mr. Lewin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and completed the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
